The teen muppet ministry of the Ellington Baptist Church,
264 Pinney Street, Ellington, will present a Christmas musical at 6:00 pm on
Sunday, December 15, as part of the Sunday School Christmas Program. The musical, entitled “An Out-of-the-Box
Christmas,” was created by Celeste
Clydesdale. In the musical, the box that
was delivered contained all the wrong costumes.
Working together the children come up with some unique, comical and
heartfelt ways of using cowboys, pirates and cheerleaders. The theme of the musical is extended to the
Sunday School students’ review of the Christmas story. The public is invited to this admission free
night of celebration with Christmas cookies to follow. Inquiries may be directed to the church
