Joseph and Helen Scherr transferred the property at 109 Rye Hill Circle to Shane and Eleanor Roberts for $193,000.

Gregg and Jennifer Ewing transferred the property at 93 Bridle Path Dr. to Michael and Rebecca Clarity for $349,900.

Joan H. Swann transferred 68.8 acres on Billings Road to Richard Hutton for $440,000.
