Local Students Named to President's List at Western New England University

Several students from Ellington and Somers were honored for academic achievement for the Fall semester.

The following students have been named to the President's List at Western New England for the Fall semester of 2012.

Students are named to the President's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher.

Sean R. Coverdill, of Somers, a freshman majoring in Accounting

Robert Garlick, of Somers, a junior majoring in Accounting and Finance

Savanna R. Ellis, of Somers, a junior majoring in Communication

Brandon M. Roberts, of Somers, a junior majoring in History

Geoffrey M. Allison, of Somers, a senior majoring in Management

Lauren M. Silvis, of Ellington, a senior majoring in Marketing Communication/Advertising

Shelby M. LaDue, of Somers, a sophomore majoring in Psychology

Rachael M. Gotta, of Somers, a junior majoring in Social Work

Nicholas M. Varney, of Ellington, a senior majoring in Sport Management
