Ellington Bagged Leaf Collection Set for Last Week of November

Collection will start on Nov. 26 and will follow the same schedule as trash collection.

In Ellington, the town picks up bagged leaves on the curb once a year, and this year, it has been set for the last week of November.

Collection will start on Nov. 26 and will follow the same schedule as trash collection. Paper bags must be used for the leaf collection and leaves in plastic bags will not be picked up.

Leaves can also be brought - at any time - to the Hoffman Road Brush Drop Off Area. In this location, plastic bags must be emptied, but paper bags do not have to be emptied.
