Ellington Farmers' Market in Holiday Mode

Ellington Farmers' Market swings into holiday mode this Friday from 4 - 6 PM.  Just about everything you need for your Thanksgiving table is available from our vendors including velvety smooth eggnog, whipping cream for your pies, aged cow and soft creamy goat cheeses and yogurts, locally grown greens  and late-season fruits and vegetables.  If you are not a baker but want to serve fresh, delicious breads and pies you can place your Thanksgiving order with Luann's Bakery.  Toes to Nose Soaps features fragrant and whimsical artisan soaps, lip balms and bath fizzies and will take orders for holiday gift giving.  Why not give that special someone a Farmers' Market goodie basket filled with handmade alpaca woolen socks or mittens, a gorgeous handmade ceramic mug, some fragrant goats milk body lotion and a bag of fresh-roasted coffee beans?  Or fill a Christmas stocking with homemade jams, jellies and specialty hot sauces. Visit the market for all your holiday needs, this Friday from 4 - 6 PM in the lobby of the YMCA on Pinney Street, Ellington.
