Yes you need to revamp your serving method .hire a few more minimum wage servers.allow them to serve the portions so people will stop wasteing so much food. The portions will be dished out and rhe cost won't go up so often people need to be disciplined even in the all u can eat. Waste could also be mitigated by not allowing children (and by that I mean anyone under 13) to serve their own portions, especially at the dessert and beverage bars. I have seen children, unaccompanied, get a whole glass of soda, take a sip of it, then pour it out and get something else. This is why HTB started charging for drinks. And yes, food waste is also one reason why prices go up.

Yes, children should be supervised and restrained from serving their own portions, but I don't understand why in my area, Tigard, OR.. the company closed ours, it was the cleanest, freshest food, pleasant staff and the clientele was polite, clean and pleasant also. Other restaurants still open cannot say the same. I will, after trying the one in Beaverton, OR, will NOT be going back or to any of the other local locations for the reasons listed. Can't understand their thinking on this, I predict they will not be around a year from now.

I believe in the concept of charter schools. Saw some very good ones in inner cities that workedRead More very hard and made some progress. But I thinks for every charter school that opens a failing public school should close. Why perpetuate failure?

How long will we throw money at a problem that stems from the home and societal policies promotedRead More over the years? How many years and how much money is needed to fix the fact that so many children are growing up in households without fathers? If we give the schools all the money they want, will it fix the problem? I think not. It is not a school issue. It is a decaying society issue. I'm glad I'm old.

Penny, glad to see some (albeit few) smart people are working in Hartford for the people and notRead More just for their political careers! Since the large majority don't pay attention, it is important that we continue to educate people on what our representatives are doing in Hartford. Keep up the good work, and thanks for taking the time to write this article.
