An Easy and Effective Way to Eliminate Paper Within Your Business or Office

It is now easy to incorporate a digital signature solution to save your company time and money.

With the advances in technology and the movement to "go green," you might be wanting to do the same within your business or community. Didoline, which stands for "digital dotted line," has been around for approximately a year and can help move you in that direction.

Didoline, which is based in New York but employees people from New York, new Jersey, and Connecticut - including Ellington, allows any individual to sign his or her name using a mouse from a desktop computer or with a finger or stylus on a mobile touch device or tablet.

The digital solution also captures meta data that legally binds a signature with an IP address, geographic location, device, browser, time stamp, photo, and when applicable, a document identifier.

What makes this company's digital solution different than others that are out there?

"Didoline is the only electronic signature solution that is an Application program interface (API) solution," CEO Michael Colella said. "As of November 2010, Didoline is patent pending technology that integrates into any system. What does this mean? Since we integrate into other systems, the data and information contained within the transaction capturing a signature is never collected or viewed. All of the information remains private and on our clients' systems."

As far as pricing goes, that's something else that makes this company different than the rest - making it more accessible to businesses of all sizes.

"Didoline is cheaper than the competition and has a different pricing model," Colella said. "The competition offers the purchase of seats, one per person, and in some cases has abuse limits on signature volume. Since Didoline integrates into other systems, we offer unlimited integration opportunities and unlimited signatures, with our pricing model being pay per volume. Clients only pay for what they use, allowing for custom plans for clients' needs. The more a client uses Didoline, the lower per signature price they pay."

It is obvious that Didoline can benefit companies by going green and reducing the need of paper, but what else does it have to offer?  What are the other benefits of this company?

"Didoline helps businesses become more efficient with little to no level of effort and learning curve," Colella said. "Since Didoline integrates into other systems, we adhere to a client's pre-existing technology needs and workflow, allowing for virtually no down time."

There are many examples of why and how this technology would be favorable for any company.

"Let's say you are a wealth manager and have a married couple creating several accounts," Colella said. "The wife is home, living in New Jersey and the husband is traveling on business in California. When using Didoline, there wouldn't be any delays in finalizing the paperwork. The wife can sign the documents from her PC in their home office and the husband can sign the documents on his tablet while waiting to board his flight."

He continued, "Another example would be in the healthcare field. When integrating Didoline into a hospital or doctor's office, a patient can directly enter their information into the healthcare provider's system, sign any paperwork and take a photo. We are referring to this as 'humanizing' the patient experience and partnering with healthcare providers to make strides in creating a lean healthcare system."

With the ability to improve on technology, save time, money, and paper, and help businesses become more efficient with little to no level of effort, Didoline may soon be used by many businesses in many fields and all across the country.
