What Sold Locally: Sept. 28-Oct. 4

The most expensive property transaction in Ellington was for $845,324 and the only transaction in Somers was for $233,000.

Ellington

Santini Builders, LLC transferred the property at 31 Ellridge Place to Dawn M. Soucy and Alison Rossi for $845,324.

Adam A. Pillsbury transferred the property at 24 Bridge St. to Jennifer Mattoon for $254,000.

Somers

Robert H. Quimby transferred the property at 164 Field Rd. to Alexis R. Donald for $233,000.
