John P. Collins transferred the property at 1 Abbott Rd., Unit 68 to Leah C. Fiano for $120,000.

Elizabeth L. Vendetti transferred the property at 4 Westland Rd. to Jonathan Hutwelker for $119,000.

Neil Fisk transferred the property at Unit 60 Chasseral Meadows to Elizabeth T. Gable for $227,000.

Somers

Bridget B. Voto transferred the property at 23 Winwood Cir. to Melissa M. Digby and Ronald A. Digby, Jr. for $215,000.

Alice M. Kibbe (Trustee) transferred the property at 45 Hampden Rd. to Paul G. Timm for $199,000.
