Wayne W. Maychek transferred the property at 23 Windmill rd. to Jeffrey S. Engler and Kathleen M. Backus for $317,500.

Somers

HSBC Bank transferred the property at 20 McCulloch Dr. to John and Lisa Murdza for $189,500.
