What Sold Locally: March 1-March 7

The most expensive property transaction in Ellington was for $282,744 and the only transaction in Somers was for $185,000.

Ellington

T&M Building Co., LLC transferred the property at 45 Steeple View Dr. to Maria F. Caldarola for $282,744.

Steven A. Rozek and Sharon Spring Sinclair transferred the property at 42 Buff Cap Rd. to Haralambos Angelakopoulas for $187,000.

 

Somers

Louis A. Nero and Constance J. Nero transferred the property at 646 Main St. to 646 Main St., LLC for $185,000.
