What Sold Locally: Jan. 4-Jan. 10

The only property transaction in Ellington was for $1,250,000 and the only transaction in Somers was for $210,000.

Ellington

BML Realty Co., LLC transferred the property at 26 Village St. to Merrill Industries, LLC for $1,250,000.

Somers

Roger O. Poulin (Estate) transferred the property at 172 Springfield Rd. to Nina L. Lofgren for $210,000.
