What Sold Locally: Jan. 11-Jan. 17

The most expensive property transaction in Ellington was for $495,000 and the only transaction in Somers was for $179,925.

Ellington

Christopher J. Dierkes and Terri Masi Dierkes transferred the property at 7 Quarter Horse Dr. to Kathryn Kurker, James Knurek, and Robert Knurek for $495,000.

Lucardis E. Jeffery transferred the property at 81 Maple St. to Pioneer Builders of Ellington, Inc. for $70,000.

Somers

Francis P. Gorman (Estate) transferred the property at 64 Hall Hill Rd. to Richard Domash and Emily R. Domash for $179,925.
