The Connecticut Humane Society is hoping that someone will fall in love with this "handsome pup" Cosmo and take him home.
"Cosmo is an absolute love. When I take him for walks, we spend part of the time with him resting his head in my hand while I pet him," according to volunteers at the Connecticut Humane Society. "He just sits there looking up at me and soaking up every bit of attention that he can."
Cosmo is a 4-year-old Chihuahua who enjoys the company of children older than eight, cats and dogs. He can live in any type of housing, included apartments.
