Three Animals Available for Adoption at Ellington Animal Control

A Beagle, an Australian Shepherd, and a rabbit are all looking for homes.

This cute Beagle, currently being housed at Ellington Animal Control, was found on the Ellington-Tolland line and was possibly abandoned.

He is a sweet guy but a little timid and just needs some love.

He has been advertised and so far no owner has called. If he is not claimed, he will be available for adoption on Nov. 30.

Hyde would do best in a home with a fenced yard. The staff at Ellington Animal Control is not sure how he would do with cats but figures he would probably want to chase them.

It is also recommended that he goes to a home with no small children. Hyde gets along with most female dogs but can be dominant with males.

The shelter also has a rabbit who is in need of a home. He is a friendly rabbit and appears healthy.
