On Sunday morning, athletes of all ages and abilities flocked to the Indian Valley Family YMCA in Ellington for the third annual indoor triathlon.
Seven heats of participants took part in a 20 minute swim, a 20 minute bike, and a 20 minute run.
Many best times - and better times than last year - were seen from the athletes. There were also many first time participants and families involved.
All of the funds raised will go to support the Strong Kids Campaign, which will help to provide financial assistance that supports youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
