The First Snow of Spring... It Won't Last
Patch asked residents of Somers, Ellington, East Windsor and Vernon to share their thoughts on the forecast for Thursday.
When you wake up Thursday morning you could see between 3 and 7 inches of fresh snow on the ground, according to the National Weather Service.
Didn't we get enough of this stuff this winter?
Some residents of Ellington, Somers, East Windsor and Vernon said that they had hoped to bid winter adieu and welcome spring. They are not happy that Mother Nature has tossed one (maybe?) more snowstorm the region's way.
