Still Need to Get Thanksgiving Dinner?

If you don't have time to cook - or don't want to - there are a couple of places you can go for a ready-made dinner.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and you haven't started to prepare for it.

Or you don't like cooking and just don't want to cook it.

Don't worry, you have a couple of options.

in Ellington is making ready-made meals for groups of all sizes. They have meals for two to four and four to six people that include turkey, buttered baby carrots or buttered corn, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, bread stuffing, jellied cranberry sauce, gravy, and a pumpkin pie.

There is also a meal that will feed six to eight people and one that feeds 10 to 12 people. They include everything the other meals have and also include snowflake rolls.

Big Y also has a ham dinner that will feed eight to 10 people. This dinner includes the ham, mashed potatoes, buttered baby carrots or buttered corn, butternut squash or roasted sweet potatoes, snowflake rolls, and a pumpkin pie.

If you are interested in any of these meals, call as soon as possible because supplies are limited.

is no longer taking orders for the pre-made meals, but rotisserie turkey dinners will still be available. 

Both stores are closed on Thanksgiving Day.
