Scenes from the 2013 Ellington Tree Lighting Ceremony and Parade

It is officially the holiday season in town.

Residents gathered on the Green on Saturday for the annual tree lighting ceremony and fire truck parade.

Carols were sung by the gazebo.

Rudolph and Frosty greeted both young and old.

So did Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The Nellie McKnight museum gave visitors a taste of life in the early 1800s.

Then, it was time for the annual fire truck parade.
