Two lanes of southbound I-91 are blocked after the roof of the Sports World dome in East Windsor blew onto the highway during this afternoon's severe wind and rainstorm.

Police and fire vehicles are choking the highway and trying to clean up the debris. Reports from around Windsor Locks and East Windsor indicate major wind damage in the form of downed trees and power lines from the touchdown of a possible tornado.

Route 159 is closed near the train station in Windsor Locks next to the Exit 42 onramp. There's also widespread flooding on Center Street.
