What was this building? As a bonus, where was it located?

Here's a hint, it's in Ellington.

Last week's question was " What Was This Building?" and there was a guess. It is Dr. Edwin T. Davis' office.

According to Images of America: Ellington, from the Ellington Historical Society: "Dr. Edwin T. Davis opened his first practice on Brooklyn Street in Rockville. One day two farmers from Ellington came to his ofice to invite him to open an office in the village, because of the long illness of Dr. Everett J. McKnight. Davis is pictured here in 1891 with his Morgan horse in front of his office on Maple Street, which stood where the driveway to the cemetery is now located."
