Updated: Ellington Indian Valley Family YMCA Closed Due to Water Line Break
The problem began this morning but the gym hopes to open today.

The Ellington Indian Valley Family YMCA has now reopened after a water line break closed the gym earlier in the morning.

As of 9:45 a.m., the was closed due to a water line break.
An employee said that the problem began earlier in the morning and that it disabled toilets and showers but that they are hoping to have it fixed and have the gym open around noon.

Gym members received an e-mail, alerting them to the problem and letting them know that the gym should be open later in the day. It also stated that they would receive another e-mail when the gym had reopened.
The e-mail also reminded members that their membership can be used at any of the YMCA's in Hartford, Plainville and Granby.
